Job Description:
We are looking for a Finance Consultant with strong experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Costing, and Taxation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finance operations, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment tracking.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as customer invoicing, collection follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
Maintain and monitor General Ledger (GL) transactions, journal entries, month-end and year-end closing activities.
Perform Cost Accounting and Costing Analysis, including product costing, cost allocations, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
Ensure compliance with Direct and Indirect Taxation requirements, including GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and support audits.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and financial control measures.
Support ERP-related finance processes and system enhancements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, Costing, and Taxation.
Experience working with SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.
Good understanding of financial accounting principles and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in reconciliation, journal entries, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com.
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Service Industry domains.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, cost accounting, and financial reporting standards.
