Senior Transition Manager

Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of aligned transitions, including schedule, cost, and risk management.
Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition of services and processes.
Manage the transition team and address complex issues during the transition process.
Maintain open communication and drive governance with all stakeholders.
Manage risks and maintain a unified risk register.
Provide direction and support to the project team to ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
Participate in the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
Maintain transition documentation as per the Wipro transition framework.
Experience and skills
Experience in managing complex transitions.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of transition methodologies and best practices.
PMP certified professional (Preferred).
