A Spa Receptionist plays a vital role, beginning with handling spa reservations and warmly welcoming guests at the entrance, creating the very first impression of the spa. In addition, the Spa Receptionist has thorough knowledge of all spa treatments and retail products and provides guests with excellent service and accurate information.
What are we looking for?
A Spa Receptionist serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
• Knowledgeable of all spa treatments, fitness services and retail products available in the Spa & Fitness department.
• Able to read, write and speak English and Japanese in order to communicate efficiently with guests and team members.
• Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
• Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.
