About The Team
The Staff Integration Developer will be part of the IT Business Technologies team at Nutanix. This dynamic team is committed to building a world-class organization that delivers innovative solutions within the rapidly evolving SaaS environment. The culture within the team emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and the agility necessary to adapt to growth challenges while supporting various business units such as finance, accounting, Sales etc. The mission of the team is to facilitate seamless processes and system integrations that drive efficiency and drive business performance across the organization.
You will report to the Sr.Manager AI Integration & Automations, who exemplifies a collaborative and empowering leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and drive innovation.
Your Role
As a Staff Integration Developer, you will be a technical leader responsible for the end-to-end automation lifecycle. With 10+ years of total IT experience and a minimum of 6+ years dedicated to Boomi experience, you will design, build, and scale "Intelligent Integration" ecosystems. A strategic individual who can define enterprise-wide integration roadmaps and a hands-on expert capable of implementing complex Agentic integrations.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Familiar with AI agent building with Agent studio.
8+ years’ experience in Boomi Development
Understanding of the Quote to cash process
Understand different integration patterns
Integration approach for NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday would be plus
Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming
Familiar with Netsuite/Salesforce Data Models.
Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java
Record of strong advancement and achievement
Architect technical solutions to business problems and work closely with the business
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience integrating Boomi with AI/ML services or utilizing Boomi AI features to enhance integration workflows
Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
A Team Player with strong communication skills and a CAN DO attitude.
Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and continually evolving environment
Creative problem solver who is able to think beyond the status quo.

Key Responsibilities
Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise using Boomi AtomSphere platform (Agent studio, Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)
Understanding of RAG, context window, token usage and agent life cycle.
Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing EAI Integrations, SOA Architecture and Boomi AtomSphere platform
Understanding of message driven and event driven architecture.
Understanding sync and async APIs.
Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements
Motivated team member to provide outstanding support and continuously improve the processes for the full SDLC.
Proactively addresses potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application related costs
Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics
Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions
Acquire and maintain a clear understanding of the technologies utilized in Nutanix's products, parts, and services.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
