Own end-to-end content development, important metric reporting to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Role Responsibilities -
As a Sr. Analyst - Product Education and Training, your focus is to Design and deliver digital-first learning solutions for global audiences and KPI reporting. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
We expect you to have:
Primary Skills: Instructional Design, Content Development, Adult Learning, KPI Reporting & Learning Analytics
Tools & Platforms: Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Synthesia, DeepL, Power BI
Learning Portal Administration, Content Lifecycle Management, Customer & Project Management
Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, Global Collaboration
Education Qualification: Graduate or equivalent experience
It would be excellent if you
Power BI dashboard creation and learning analytics reporting
LMS/LXP administration and content publishing
Newsletter, learner communications, and stakeholder engagement
Process automation and AI-driven efficiency tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
