Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Drinks to lead and elevate our world-class dining operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel food and beverage management, driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple outlets.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Drinks in a luxury hotel environment.
Proven experience managing at least 5 restaurants and bars within a luxury hotel or integrated resort.
Previous Gulf region experience is essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in UAE and Qatar.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive revenue growth while maintaining luxury service standards.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Define F&B operational strategy: Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing
Drive operational excellence: Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage costs and revenue: Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements
Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
