About Role:
At Snabbit, one customer moment can become the brand story. You will build the reputation-intelligence engine that helps us detect risks early, establish facts fast and guide the right response. This is not a social-media calendar role; it is a high-trust mandate at the intersection of Brand, CX, Operations, Legal, PR and leadership.
What you need to bring to the 'table'
• 6-10+ years across ORM, digital crisis management, social listening, communications, digital intelligence or platform trust and safety
• Direct ownership of real reputation incidents - beyond dashboards, sentiment reports or community responses
• Signal instinct: the ability to distinguish routine noise from a narrative with genuine travel potential
• Deep fluency in platform mechanics, virality, creators, online communities, meme culture and changing internet behaviour
• Judgment to know when Snabbit should respond, when it should solve quietly and when speaking would make things worse
• Clear writing and the ability to align Brand, CX, Operations, Legal, PR and senior leadership under pressure
• Comfort with high-intensity, always-on situations; reputation incidents do not follow office hours
• Low-ego influence and the ability to make complex moments easier for everyone around you
What you will build
