Job Description
Provide L1/L2 support for AVD related issues, including connectivity, login, and basic performance concerns
Assist with day to day monitoring of AVD host pools, workspaces, and virtual machines
Support the setup and configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and user profiles (FSLogix) under supervision
Help troubleshoot and document common AVD issues, escalating complex cases to L2/L3 support
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AVD updates and new application integrations
Support basic AVD monitoring tasks (performance, capacity, availability checks)
Help apply routine patches and updates to AVD components as directed
Maintain and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with senior engineers on new site assessments and onboarding activities
Learn and apply Azure fundamentals (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking) in a live production environment

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
50,000 to 62,500 USD
