Role Description The Warehouse Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, scanning, and staging parcels for dispatch. The associate will support inventory management, maintain accurate records, and ensure orders are processed according to established timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with delivery partners and internal teams, following safety and compliance procedures, and keeping the warehouse environment organized and efficient. The role also requires using basic warehouse technology and tools to track shipments and report issues or discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatch processes.
Ability to use basic technology such as handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, and mobile applications.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory tracking and documentation.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages within safety guidelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors, team members, and delivery partners.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce warehousing, or related fields is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible shifts as per operational requirements and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
