Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) solutions.
Configure and maintain General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Controlling modules.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production Deployment.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
Provide functional guidance for integrations with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Required Skills
✅ Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO
✅ Expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Controlling processes
✅ Experience in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA
✅ Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects
✅ Knowledge of Financial Closing and Reporting processes
✅ Experience with integration between FI/CO and MM, SD, PP modules
✅ Strong client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
SAP S/4HANA Conversion or Greenfield Implementation experience
Central Finance knowledge
FSCM exposure
SAP Fiori-based Finance applications
Experience working in Agile project environments
