Teleperformance is Hiring || Sr. Executive-HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
Shifts: Rotational (Including Night as well)
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve employee grievances effectively and within defined timelines.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and business stakeholders.
Support employee relations and ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Partner with operations and business teams to address people-related concerns.
Support various HR processes including employee lifecycle management, retention, engagement, and performance management.
Identify employee concerns and provide appropriate HR interventions.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational standards.
Analyze employee trends and provide insights to improve employee satisfaction and business outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience in HR Business Partnering / Employee Relations / HR Generalist roles.
Strong experience in grievance handling and employee engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
BPO/ITES industry experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates who can effectively partner with business/operations teams will be preferred.
