Marketing Operations Executive

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our products and customer engagement programs are executed with excellence. This role combines operational excellence, digital execution, vendor management, and data-driven problem solving to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Product Operations, or related functions.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and execution quality.
Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar productivity solutions.
Basic understanding of SQL, Python, APIs, automation workflows, or other programming concepts. Hands-on coding experience is not required, but the ability to understand technical logic and collaborate with technology teams is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital content management, or marketing technology (MarTech) solutions is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Product Operations Excellence
Manage end-to-end product operations, including renewal gift fulfillment, customer benefit administration, and operational support for premium card products.
Coordinate product-related communication updates to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation to support consistent execution.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Customer Engagement Programs
Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives, including annual birthday gift programs and other customer appreciation campaigns.
Partner with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality execution, timely delivery, and budget control.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and operational readiness across multiple stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Support
Maintain and manage the Facebook channel, ensuring content is published accurately and on schedule.
Support digital marketing campaigns through operational coordination and content management.
Monitor campaign execution and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
Data, Technology & AI
Manage large operational datasets with a high degree of accuracy.
Analyze operational performance and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Compliance, and external partners to deliver high-quality customer experiences
