Engage with prospective learners via outbound calls to understand their career goals.
Recommend relevant Simplilearn programs and drive consultative sales.
Convert leads to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For:
1–5 years of experience in B2C inside sales (EdTech or service sector preferred).
Strong persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts/weekends.
