What you will do:
You will lead the operational delivery for the assigned jobs and customers, ensuring service excellence and meeting financial performance expectations. Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities such as Health & Safety–driven risk analysis, planning and coordination, customer communication, and the efficient management of technical teams and resources.
How you will do it:
Develop a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the processes and tools they use to achieve their objectives.
Ensure best-in-class service delivery through effective resource planning, deployment, and field operations administration.
Own and drive financial KPIs for the assigned area of responsibility, including revenue, margin, profitability, resource utilization, and absorption
Partner closely with your direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed in line with contractual obligations and customer commitments
Monitor field service execution to ensure internal processes are followed and customer expectations are consistently met
Track and report competitor activity and market trends relevant to the service business growth strategy
Apply and promote safety policies in industrial environments in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008
Prepare and validate work permits, including work at height, activities on operating plants, correct application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, and operating procedures
Support the assessment of specific risks through on-site inspections, coordinating with internal or customer RSPP and HSE Managers.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration and/or the HVAC market.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing field resources, ideally in a Service environment (preventive maintenance, repair activities, and larger modernization projects)
Strong safety mindset and solid knowledge of Italian H&S regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008)
Assertive, action-oriented leader, results-driven and innovative; able to solve complex problems under tight deadlines
Fluent in Italian with a good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and presentation skills)
Proficient in Excel, Word, and AI tools/LLMs.
Preferred
ASPP certification (not essential, but highly valued).

Offriamo:
The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of €40.900 – €56.200 per year. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. The overall compensation package may include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices. The applicable collective agreement: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti.
