Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using Spring Boot, React.js, and Java.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, security, scalability, and performance.
Oversee the technical design, code reviews, and implementation of microservices-based architectures.
Conduct performance tuning, application troubleshooting, and optimization to deliver seamless user experiences.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions.
Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
Guide the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment cycles.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Spring Boot framework for developing enterprise-level applications.
Strong experience in building responsive front-end applications using React.js, including state management and component architecture.
Advanced expertise in Java for backend development and database integration.
In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (Microservices is a mandatory skill).
Familiarity with cloud platforms and integrating cloud-native solutions.
