•Configured XDM data ingestion schemas, profiles unification, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies aligned with enterprise data model
•ImplementedAdobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) -data views, cross-channel journey reports, attribution models, and segmentation aligned with CDP audiences
•Translated business use cases (acquisition,nurture, ABM, retention, event engagement) into CDPaudience logic andCJAmeasurement frameworks
•Owned consent enforcement, governance labels, andpre-activation audience QAprocesses
