About the Role
Primarily responsible for business development includes achieving his/her portfolio’s Key Result Areas (KRAs) as determined by Agency Management

Responsible for overseeing the success of his/her portfolio’s sales activities and managing the overall production numbers together with his/her SDOA.
Strategic and Operational Alignment. Roll out strategic plans of company to agency force and align agency leader’s goals and expectations accordingly. To minimize the gap between management and agency force.
Driving the company’s key initiatives and growth by working together with the SDOA to strategize and plan for location sales activities and programs
Develop positive business relationships with assigned agency groups and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with Operational teams for underwriting, after sales supports.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education – Degree Holder Experience
Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in relevant industry.
Sales experiences in insurance/investment sales is preferred
Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred
Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
