Position Description
Position Title: Event
Executive
Reports To: Head of Future Student Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
Plan and deliver high-quality events (fairs,
roadshows, webinars, campus activities) that support brand and recruitment
outcomes. Manage logistics, vendor SLAs, risk controls, and post-event ROI
reporting.
Accountabilities
·
Develop event plans and
run-of-show documents; coordinate venues, AV, registration systems, signage,
and staffing.
·
Procure and manage vendors;
track SLAs, delivery schedules, and on-site QA; reconcile invoices with
Finance.
·
Ensure brand-compliant
environments and collateral; prepare briefing packs for speakers and staff.
·
Implement contingency plans
(power/AV failure, weather, crowd management); maintain incident logs and
debriefs.
·
Deliver post-event reports
(attendance, leads, costs, ROI); propose improvements and standard operating
procedures.

Skill
& Experience
·
Bachelor’s degree; 3+ years in
events operations.
·
Strong organisational, vendor
coordination, and on-site problem-solving skills.
·
Willingness to travel and work
flexible hours during peak periods.
