Position Description
Position Title: Outreach
Executive
Reports To: Head of Future Student Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
Executes recruitment-focused outreach to high
schools, universities, corporates and relevant communities to generate enquires
and applications for UNSW Bengaluru programs.
Delivers presentations (in-person and online) and counselling to
prospective students. Follows a
disciplined sales process including CRM usage and reporting, upholding UNSW
values and reputation in the market.
Accountabilities
Plan and
delivery of recruitment engagements

Creation of UNSW Bengaluru High School Strategy, Target
Schools List in partnership with UNSW Sydney team in India
·
Delivery
of UNSW Bengaluru High School Strategy in partnership with UNSW Sydney
team in India
·
Plan and conduct customer-facing activities
including school visits, counsellor briefings, information sessions.
·
Manage partner relationships as directed
(schools, universities, corporates)
·
Support recruitment fairs, webinars, open days,
campus tours and other events.
Drive
end-to-end lead conversion
·
Capture and qualify leads; provide counselling;
schedule follow-ups; coordinate application steps with Admissions.
·
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM hygiene
(notes, statuses, next actions); submit weekly activity reports and pipeline
updates.

Ensure collateral accuracy and brand compliance
on-site; report issues and corrective actions.
·
Manage pipeline performance
·
Gather market intelligence & feedback
(objections, competitor claims & activity, trends in student aspirations,
changes in school and university sectors) and share with Brand/Admissions.
Governance, Values & Safety
Operate
within UNSW Sydney’s global brand governance model, ensuring all activity
is aligned with defined Playbooks, with appropriate approvals and
compliance to defined frameworks and processes.
Actively demonstrate alignment with the UNSW Code
of Conduct and Values.

policies and take reasonable care to ensure actions do not impact the
