Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM & Platform Engineer to support and manage enterprise
ServiceNow environments within a regulated banking environment. The role combines IRM/GRC expertise with
hands-on platform engineering and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ServiceNow instance health, availability, performance, and capacity.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, hotfixes, plugin activations, and instance clones.
Monitor and troubleshoot slow transactions, queries, logs, scheduled jobs, integrations, MID Servers, ECC
queues, and platform issues.
Support ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including Risks, Controls, Testing, Issues, Policies, and compliance
processes.
Manage platform security, roles, ACLs, integrations, and environment configurations.
Support production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with ServiceNow Support.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-safe.
Support CMDB/CSDM alignment and platform governance.
Follow banking change management, audit, security, risk, and regulatory controls.
Responsibilities
Required Skills
Strong hands-on ServiceNow Platform Administration/Engineering experience.
Experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
Strong experience with upgrades, patches, plugins, clones, and performance troubleshooting.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST APIs, ACLs, MID Servers,
CMDB/CSDM, and integrations.
Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated enterprise environment preferred.
Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and relevant IRM/GRC certifications
