We are looking for an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Business Analyst to support end-to-end eCommerce solution delivery in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and define use cases.
Create BRD, FSD, process flows, and data models.
Manage requirement changes, priorities, and defect tracking.
Support system design, testing, and acceptance criteria.
Provide demos and user training.
Collaborate with global delivery teams.
Requirements:
Skills: SAP Commerce/Hybris BA experience and IT Business Analysis.
Experience: 8-10 Years (Min 2-3 years in SAP Commerce required).
6-10 years in IT Business Analysis (eCommerce domain preferred).
2-3 years of hands-on SAP Commerce / Hybris BA experience.
Strong understanding of eCommerce data structures and catalog management.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in fast-paced global environments.
