Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and crafting application designs that align with organizational goals. This role requires thoughtful consideration of business processes to ensure that the applications developed effectively support operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine concepts and contribute to the creation of solutions that address complex challenges within the application development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application design.
Develop and document detailed application design specifications that align with business objectives.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application design principles.
Continuously evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
Strong understanding of application design methodologies and best practices.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and effective application designs.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in collaborating with development and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE 15 years full time education is required.
