🔹 Open Positions
Position 1: Mechanical Design Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)
✅ 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Creo
✅ Semiconductor or Machine Equipment experience preferred
✅ Mechanical Product Design & Development experience
✅ Sound knowledge of Machined Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Enclosures, Chassis, Vacuum Chambers, Frames, etc.
✅ Experience with Windchill, SAP PLM, Agile & ECO Processes
✅ Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Standards, GD&T & Tolerance Stack-up
✅ Exposure to Structural & Thermal Analysis
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Position 2: Mechanical Design Engineer (6-8 Years Experience)
✅ 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Creo
✅ Semiconductor Domain, Ion Implanter, or Machine Equipment experience preferred
✅ Expertise in Mechanical Product Design & Development
✅ Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal Design, DFX, Value Engineering, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up
✅ Experience with Windchill, SAP PLM, Agile & ECO Processes
✅ Knowledge of Structural & Thermal Analysis
Position 3:Mechanical Design Engineer (5 to 10 Years Experience)
🔹 Experience in New Product Design & Development of Semiconductor Equipment (SEMI Products)
🔹 Hands-on expertise in NX CAD Software (Mandatory)
🔹 Strong experience in the Semiconductor Domain (Mandatory)
🔹 Proficiency in GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up Analysis
🔹 Experience designing Machined Parts, Sheet Metal Parts, Enclosures, Chassis, Vacuum Chambers, Frames, and Structures
🔹 Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Drafting Standards
🔹 Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, SAP PLM, Agile, and ECO Processes
🔹 Good understanding of Structural/Thermal Analysis (ANSYS)
🔹 Excellent communication skills
Good to Have:
✔ Frame/Structure Design with basic calculations and FEA
✔ Vacuum Design, Gas Line Design/Rerouting, Exhaust Systems
✔ Electronic Re-packaging, Cable Routing, Interconnects & Schematics
✔ Experience with Creo & Windchill
Position 4:
✅ Mechanical Engineer - NX / Teamcenter
📌 Experience: 3-6 Years
Key Skills & Experience:
🔹 Product Design & Development experience, preferably in the Semiconductor Domain 🔹 Hands-on experience with UG/NX and Teamcenter 🔹 Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Fundamentals 🔹 Experience in design and development of:
Vacuum Systems
Gas Boxes
Flow Systems
Semiconductor Equipment
SPS Machines
🔹 Expertise in:
Sheet Metal Design
Machined Components
Material Selection
GD&T
Root Cause Analysis
🔹 Ability to work independently on:
Concept Design
Detailed Design
Prototype Development
Testing & Validation

✔ MBD Design Knowledge ✔ ANSYS / CFD ACE+ / Fluent ✔ Value Engineering & Should Costing ✔ Project Management Exposure ✔ Advanced Manufacturing Technologies
