Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Night Auditor with strong administrative and problem-solving skills to join the team. As a Night Auditor, you'll do more than balance daily financial transactions and ensure a smooth overnight operation—you'll provide exceptional guest service, create a welcoming environment, and uphold Hilton's light and warmth of hospitality throughout the night.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
Open availability with the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
The ability to effectively communication with English language-speaking guests.
A minimum of 1 year of previous Front Desk experience within the hospitality industry.
Most importantly, a genuine heart for hospitality and the ability to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
