What would you do?
The Learning Admin Associate is an entry-level role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to learning and development programs. The role focuses on coordinating training activities, maintaining learning records, supporting learners and facilitators, and ensuring smooth execution of learning operations in alignment with organizational processes and compliance requirements.

Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?
0-1 year of experience in learning administration, HR operations, or shared services support role
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)

Support end-to-end learning administration activities including training scheduling, enrollment, and session coordination
Maintain and update learning management system (LMS) records accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in onboarding learning programs and mandatory compliance trainings
Respond to learner and stakeholder queries related to training logistics and access
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and facilitators for learning delivery support
Prepare basic reports, trackers, and dashboards related to training activities
Ensure adherence to defined learning processes, data privacy, and compliance standards"
