Test Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python3 and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Utilize Python3 to automate test scripts and streamline testing processes.
Perform functional regression and integration testing to validate system performance.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them during the testing phase.
