Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the platform evolves effectively to meet changing needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for system integration and delivery.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
Strong expertise in managing end-to-end integration processes within packaged or cloud-based application environments.
Experience in defining and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
Ability to coordinate complex release cycles and manage configuration changes effectively.
Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges across multiple systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
