Required Qualifications
Must have basic experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical
Graduation from a vocational school with emphasis on building operation or general maintenance
Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
Basic computer knowledge and experience with systems
A passion for delivering great customer service
Ability to work independently and driven to complete tasks
Previous maintenance experience in a large hotel, hospital, ship, or complex building a definite asset

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Maintain hotel rooms and keep facilities running smoothly: Perform preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs of items ranging from, but not limited to: light bulbs, outlets, faucets, toilets, caulking, grouting, and painting.
Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest service calls and assigned tasks to completion. Coordinate with other departments and team members as needed.
Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and report any issues requiring further attention.
