Essential Requirements
2+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of access control and visitor management systems; strong situational awareness.
Clear communication and customer service; professionalism under pressure.
Basic incident reporting and documentation discipline.
Willingness to work shifts/holidays as required; reliability and punctuality.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related).
First aid/CPR, ICS/NIMS, or equivalent safety training.
You will:
Control access at entry points; verify IDs and manage visitor processing.
Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV/SOC alerts; respond to incidents.
Document events, collect statements, and preserve evidence when needed.
Support emergency procedures (evacuation, medical response) and de-escalation.
