As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Melbourne Service Team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a technician who enjoys working on technically challenging refrigeration systems while being supported by a market-leading industrial refrigeration specialist.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll provide service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support across a diverse range of industrial refrigeration systems. Working with a broad customer base, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical refrigeration assets operate reliably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and commissioning activities
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
Participate in ongoing training, technical development, and service team meetings
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Essential
Trade-qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
Current ARC Licence
Current Restricted Electrical Licence
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
Highly Regarded
Previous industrial refrigeration experience
Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems
Experience with screw compressors, pump recirculation systems, and industrial controls
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
