Our Inventory Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of the security and accountability of our inventory by documenting transactions, verifying processes and procedures and reviewing systems. We conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts, correcting discrepancies where possible. We also audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.

As an Analyst, you will support inventory reconciliations, transactional accuracy, and documentation. You will assist with cycle preparation, evidence collection, and communications. You will learn compliance steps and contribute to process timeliness.

Essential Requirements
1+ years of related experience
Strong knowledge of inventory processes, controls, and SOPs.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration across operations.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS and reporting tools.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Experience with inventory analytics, cycle count programs, or continuous improvement.
You will:
Assist with reconciliations, inventory adjustments, and documentation.
Maintain records and approval logs; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare simple status updates and communications.
Collaborate with the team to collect inputs and meet timelines.
