About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2027 Corporate Risk Development Program. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
Business Overview | As the company's second line of defense, Corporate Risk — or Independent Risk Management — provides independent oversight of risk-taking activities. Independent Risk Management establishes and maintains Wells Fargo's risk management program and provides oversight, including challenges to and independent assessment of the frontline's execution of its risk management responsibilities. We manage risk according to the Risk Management Framework and ensure all employees understand their individual accountability for managing risk.
Program Overview | The Corporate Risk Development Program (CRDP) is designed to provide students and recent college graduates with a blend of foundational risk-specific and career development opportunities, incorporating real-world experiences through on-the-job learning, instructor-led training, and professional development.
At its core, CRDP is built on immersive, hands-on learning. Through our signature experiential training sessions, participants move beyond traditional classroom learning to engage directly with the business—working through real scenarios, interacting with front-line partners, and gaining firsthand insight into how risk is identified, assessed, and managed across the firm. These experiences are intentionally designed to simulate real-world challenges, accelerate development, and provide a level of exposure that goes well beyond a typical rotational program.
Throughout the two-year program, participants rotate across Corporate Risk functions while receiving structured coaching, performance feedback, and development support to build the technical expertise, business perspective, and professional skills needed to succeed at Wells Fargo. #earlycareers
