We’re looking for a Billing cum SCM Operations Intern for a 3-month internship who is curious, detail-oriented and genuinely excited to learn how the world of Supply Chain + Data + Operations actually works.

📊 Data, data & more data
Work with multiple Google Sheets, trackers and operational databases.
🧾 Billing Operations
Learn how orders move from data → billing → dispatch and everything in between.
🤝 SPOC Coordination
Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and keep things moving.
⌨️ Data Entry & Accuracy
Because sometimes the smallest typo can create the biggest operational headache! 😅
📈 Dashboards & Data Insights
If you love asking “But what does the data actually tell us?” — you'll enjoy this.
📑 Reports & MIS
Build reports that don't just look pretty, but actually help the business make decisions.
⚙️ Process Improvement & Automation
You’ll get exposure to how repetitive operational work can be made smarter, faster and more automated.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
✅ Is comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
✅ Has good attention to detail
✅ Is comfortable with repetitive data work but is also curious to understand the WHY behind the numbers
✅ Can communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
✅ Has an interest in Dashboards, MIS & Analytics
✅ Is willing to learn — even when the learning curve looks like a mountain 🏔️
✅ Doesn't need to know everything on Day 1 — curiosity matters more than experience
What you DON'T need:
❌ 5 years of experience
❌ To be a Google Sheets wizard on Day 1
❌ To know every SCM acronym ever invented 😂
What you DO need:
Curiosity + Ownership + Attention to Detail + Willingness to Learn.
Because this isn't an internship where you'll just be given a chair, a laptop and told to “update the tracker.” 😉
You'll get to see how Billing, Supply Chain, Operations, Data and Stakeholder Management come together in the real world.
