Business Analyst

· Minimum 10 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain.
· Strong experience working with US Life Insurance products, including:
o Term Life Insurance
o Whole Life Insurance
o Universal Life Insurance
o Variable Universal Life Insurance
o Annuities and related protection products
· Strong understanding of Life Insurance policy lifecycle, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and servicing processes.
· Deep actuarial domain knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret actuarial calculations, assumptions, and reporting requirements.
Technical & Analytical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
o VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
o INDEX-MATCH
o Pivot Tables
o Conditional Functions
o Advanced Formulas and Data Analysis
o Data Validation and Reconciliation
· Experience performing data analysis and business rule validation using large datasets.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
