Responsibilities
Lead and mentor EUC engineers, desktop support analysts, and technical specialists.
Involve in shift management and resource management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development activities.
Act as the escalation point for critical EUC incidents.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
Identify automation opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Good knowledge of ITIL and preferably ITIL certified.
Ready to work in 24*7 environment.
6-8 Years of experience in Remote EUC.
Knowledge of Nexthink and good knowledge in Intune.
Aware of vulnerability management.
Good knowledge of ITIL.
Experience in Remote EUC.
Knowledge of Nexthink.
Good knowledge in Intune.
Aware of vulnerability management.
ITIL certification.
Experience in a 24*7 environment.
