About Position:
We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Python Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. This requires hands-on experience in building production AI systems, integrating enterprise data sources, and implementing scalable AI workflows that drive business value and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge management platforms.
Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications.
Implement AI solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
Design and implement RAG-based architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and reranking pipelines.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Minimum 3+ years of experience building production-grade software applications and APIs.
Experience delivering LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) and backend application development.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar API frameworks.
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI ecosystems.
Hands-on expertise in:
Prompt Engineering
RAG Architectures
Embeddings
Chunking Strategies
Retrieval Techniques
Re-ranking Models
Grounded Responses
Experience developing and managing AI agents and workflow orchestration frameworks.
