🎯 Experience
Overall Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Relevant Experience: 3 – 6 Years
✅ Mandatory Skills - Candidates must have hands-on drafting and negotiation experience with ISDA and CSA Agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute ISDA Master Agreements and CSA Agreements
Candidates must possess hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA agreements supporting derivatives, Repo, and securities lending products across global Capital Markets operations.
Manage end-to-end Market Contracts lifecycle
Perform legal and contractual documentation review
Support counterparty onboarding activities
Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Credit Risk, Front Office, and Operations teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks
Support documentation remediation and repapering projects
