Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jammu for Business Development Executives (BDE), Business Development Managers (BDM), and Senior Business Development/Management roles (SBDMs). Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers across retail and business banking segments, promoting relevant banking products and services, and meeting defined sales and revenue targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Team members will prepare regular reports and updates on business performance, adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines, and represent YES BANK’s values in all customer interactions. The position requires active participation in local outreach, events, and campaigns to expand the bank’s presence in Jammu.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Knowledge of retail, MSME, and/or corporate banking products, such as accounts, loans, credit facilities, and digital payment solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers and stakeholders professionally.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies to achieve business targets.
High level of integrity, adherence to compliance, risk management, and customer data confidentiality.
Comfort with digital banking platforms, CRM tools, and basic MS Office applications.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, both independently and within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant banking or sales experience is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Jammu and engage in field activities and client visits as required.
