Minimum qualifications:
2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Experience supporting leaders with complex organizations.
Comprehensive knowledge of Google, project and program management practices when solving operational issues while maintaining complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
Exceptional collaborator with proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and leverage multiple perspectives, with strong attention to detail, comfortable with extreme ambiguity.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative support to 3 directors, including scheduling meetings, managing complex calendars, coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
Plan, manage and execute business critical internal and external meetings (virtual and in person), including executive meetings, town halls, leadership forums, etc; assisting with content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
Partner with E/ABP Community and GOC Leaders to ensure business continuity across the organizations. Drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, proactively addressing risks and obstacles.
Execute with strong attention to detail; proactively manage through ambiguity. Exhibit the highest standards of Google confidentiality, with an advanced understanding of Google policies and procedures.
Be a proactive, transparent, organized and trusted business partner. Demonstrate excellent judgment and discretion to support projects and establish trust with cross-functional partners.
