About The Role
As an integral part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be instrumental in elevating Meesho's culture. The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our eNPS and Talent Density charters. This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results. The role will have frequent opportunities to interact with leadership, ensuring the work directly contributes to shaping the company's future. The role will constantly be challenged to find innovative solutions to complex issues, making every day an exciting opportunity to drive positive change.
What You Will Do
Identify and Address Employee Experience Challenges and build 10X policy/ process solutions: Proactively identify areas for improvement within the employee experience. Develop and implement 10X solutions that enhance employee experience and overall workplace culture. Do indepth deep dives in a problem first way and come up with solves that move the needle to high eNPS.
Foster Employee Engagement: Design and execute strategies to increase employee engagement across different cohorts such as women, campus etc. Ensuring that employees feel connected, motivated, and valued. Utilize surveys, feedback mechanisms, and other tools to measure engagement levels and adapt strategies as needed.
Build Manager Capability: Design and execute strategies to increase manager effectiveness.
Own implementation and monitoring of all initiatives centered around the people and culture. Identify practices and rituals to increase the adoption of cultural values in the organization
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to ensure that employee-focused initiatives are integrated into the broader organizational strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on employee feedback and industry best practices.
What You Will Need
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from premium institutes
3+ years of work experience in HR CoE roles (HR program management, employee experience, talent management, talent brand, HR Engagement) preferably in the e-commerce space or fast growing Indian Startups or consulting orgs. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Excellent data analysis skills, and data driven problem solving.
Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities. High on ownership and fast in execution.
