Executive Communications & Presentation Designer (Officer)

Role Summary
We are seeking a creative, business-oriented, and detail-oriented Executive Communications & Presentation Designer to drive impactful visual storytelling and executive communications across the organization.
This role combines presentation design, executive storytelling, multimedia content development, executive reporting, strategic communications, project support, and business enablement to create compelling content that informs, influences, and drives decision-making.
The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to transform complex business, operational, technology, and strategic information into executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, videos, and communication assets.
The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with exceptional communication skills and a passion for simplifying complexity through powerful storytelling, visual design, and executive-level communications.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentation Development
Design and develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, customer engagements, business updates, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs.
Create board-ready and executive-ready materials for leadership forums, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, executive meetings, customer presentations, and organizational updates.
Convert technical, business, operational, and strategic information into concise, visually compelling narratives.
Partner with stakeholders to structure content, develop storylines, and create impactful executive narratives that clearly communicate key messages, recommendations, business outcomes, and decisions.
Apply storytelling principles, information hierarchy, and data visualization techniques to simplify complex concepts and drive executive understanding.
Develop executive summaries, scorecards, infographics, dashboards, and visual communications that support strategic decision-making.
Translate rough inputs, fragmented information, evolving business requirements, and executive feedback into polished executive-ready deliverables with minimal guidance.
Build and maintain presentation templates, visual frameworks, design systems, and reusable assets aligned to enterprise branding standards.
Executive Communications
Draft and design executive communications including leadership updates, announcements, speeches, talking points, executive messages, strategic communications, and change management content.
Support senior leaders in developing communication materials for employee, customer, partner, and executive audiences.
Ensure consistency, clarity, professionalism, and alignment across all executive communication channels.
Partner with stakeholders to develop communication strategies and messaging aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor on communication effectiveness, presentation strategy, storytelling, and executive messaging.
Executive Reporting & Business Insights
Develop management reports, executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and leadership reporting packs.
Consolidate information from multiple data sources and transform it into meaningful executive insights and visual summaries.
Prepare recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting materials for leadership reviews.
Translate business metrics, trends, operational performance, risks, opportunities, and program progress into clear executive narratives that support informed decision-making.
Present metrics and updates in visually compelling and actionable formats tailored to executive audiences.
Video & Multimedia Content Development
Develop product demonstrations, explainer videos, training materials, and promotional content.
Produce professional video demos showcasing products, solutions, processes, strategic initiatives, and business capabilities.
Perform video editing, motion graphics creation, voice-over integration, and visual storytelling.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop scripts, storyboards, and multimedia experiences that effectively communicate key messages.
Support multimedia content creation for leadership reviews, employee communications, customer engagements, and internal campaigns.
Newsletter & Internal Communications
Create visually compelling newsletters and communication campaigns for internal and external audiences.
Develop content layouts, graphics, infographics, and visual assets that enhance engagement and message retention.
Track communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on engagement metrics and audience feedback.
Support organizational change management, employee engagement, and strategic communication initiatives.
Program Management & Strategic Support
Support PMO activities, including project tracking, milestone monitoring, status reporting, risk identification, action tracking, and issue management.
Maintain governance artifacts, executive updates, reporting documentation, and program communication materials.
Support cross-functional teams in preparing executive reviews, business updates, and strategic presentations.
Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across project communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Manage multiple concurrent deliverables and priorities while operating effectively under tight deadlines.
Financial Planning & Operational Support
Assist with budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking activities for programs and strategic initiatives.
Monitor actual spend versus budget and provide reporting that supports leadership decision-making.
Support financial reviews, planning discussions, and operational reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support cost management initiatives.
Brand & Design Management
Maintain adherence to corporate branding, communication standards, and visual identity guidelines.
Develop visual assets including infographics, icons, diagrams, illustrations, communication templates, and presentation frameworks.
Maintain presentation templates, style guides, design systems, reusable content libraries, and branding assets.
Continuously improve communication standards, presentation quality, storytelling effectiveness, and design practices.
Serve as the final quality gate for executive-ready materials, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, visual excellence, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in executive communications, presentation design, visual communications, multimedia development, business reporting, management consulting support, or related roles.
Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including advanced layouts, templates, animations, storytelling frameworks, infographic creation, executive presentation design, and visual communication.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or equivalent design platforms.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, content structuring, information design, executive communications, and presentation strategy.
Experience creating executive-level presentations, management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and business communications.
Strong experience in data visualization, data storytelling, dashboard design, and executive reporting.
Excellent written, verbal, editorial, and visual communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
