Profile Summary :
The Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) will drive end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Team Management:
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruiting capabilities.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Process Optimization:
Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Ensure clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements.
Quality of Hire:
Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes.
Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.
Volume Recruitment Leadership:
Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must Have:
Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations.
Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
