About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Visual Designer to join our creative team and take ownership of visual direction across campaigns, digital experiences, branding, and other creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual craft with leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative work.
Prior Team Lead experience is mandatory. The role requires someone who can set creative direction, mentor designers, manage multiple projects, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and remain hands-on with design.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead visual design direction across brand campaigns, digital assets, marketing communication, and creative initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts and translate briefs and business objectives into strong visual solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the design team while ensuring high-quality creative output.
• Set and maintain visual standards across typography, layouts, imagery, composition, and brand expression.
• Create and review campaign creatives, digital assets, presentations, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Present creative concepts and design directions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across channels and communication formats.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve ideation and design efficiency.
• Remain hands-on with design while providing creative leadership and direction. Z
Required Skills & Experience
• Team Lead experience is mandatory, with experience leading or mentoring a design team.
• Strong experience in graphic design, visual design, brand design, or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layouts, composition, visual hierarchy, visual storytelling, and branding.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and modern digital design workflows.
• Experience using AI tools in the creative and design workflow.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to take concepts from brief to final execution.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to balance creative quality with business objectives, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design quality, creative thinking, leadership, and range.
