Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Track and validate inbound leads for a staffing business and share the validated leads with the Sales team for further action. Monitor conversion / progress.
Use Agency Leads site to find clients with open roles, use templates to create emails to send to contacts and track responses
Engage prospects via email, calls, or other agreed channels to keep them engaged until sales readiness.
Schedule appointments and strategy meetings for Business Development Managers or Sales Executives
Move qualified leads into the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely handoff
Perform due diligence for web lead requests received from different recruiters/sales teams.
Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in the systems
Follow up with unresponsive leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion rate
Ability to quickly identify client needs and qualify business opportunities
Ensure strict compliance followed as per company policy and standards.
Support various admin tasks related to sales team
Qualification
Proven experience in inbound sales, lead generation/management
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging prospects effectively
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage high‑volume pipelines
Graduation/master's degree in business/marketing/related field with an overall 6- 8 years of experience.
Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks and lead scoring models
