Additionally, the position involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively support operational objectives. The role demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional partnership to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow Business Process Consultant
Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into technical solutions.
Ability to conduct user and task analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
