Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles.
Experience with designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components.
Ability to define and enforce customization limits to maintain system integrity.
Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization strategies in SaaS environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
