Summary:
As an AI ServiceNow Specialist, your day involves assessing and prioritizing artificial intelligence opportunities that address distinct business challenges and prospects. You will design tailored AI solutions that streamline and improve business workflows, ensuring that these innovations deliver tangible value. Your role also includes identifying the necessary data and technological components to support these initiatives. Additionally, you will foster an environment that promotes widespread adoption of AI across the organization, creating a scalable ecosystem that integrates AI seamlessly into various business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead strategic discussions to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding and capabilities in AI-driven projects.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure cohesive project execution.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI trends to recommend innovative approaches for business improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ATCI ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - AI agent and use cases
Experience with workflow automation and IT service management platforms.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify AI integration points.
Ability to design scalable AI solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Familiarity with data management and technology infrastructure related to AI implementations.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges across teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
