As a General Maintenance II, and efficient operation of the hotel's equipment and machinery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Shift Pattern: Varied – AM PM Overnight (8 hour shifts), including weekends and holidays are required.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
Up to 2 years minimum of hands on building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience required.
2 years guest facing customer service background.
The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

The hourly rate is $28.46 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Operate and maintain equipment: Ensure the efficient operation of boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, and hot water generators through regular monitoring and maintenance
Perform troubleshooting and repairs: Diagnose and address issues with equipment to maintain optimal functionality and prevent system failures
Conduct preventive maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan and ensure reliable performance
Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
