Senior Customer Learning Experience Consultant

NIQ is transforming how customers learn, adopt, and get value from our data, products, and platforms. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and scale digital learning experiences that support NIQ’s large, global FMCG and T&D clients as they move from onboarding to confident product adoption.

You’ll contribute to global, leadership-visible client learning initiatives, including the implementation of a new Learning Experience Platform. From configuring and optimizing AI-enabled learning systems to translating business needs into intuitive learning journeys, you’ll play a hands-on role in building a modern, global learning ecosystem. Collaborating across Product, AI, Technology, UX, and content teams, your work will directly support strategic initiatives that bring NIQ’s innovative client learning solutions to life at a global scale.

Responsibilities
Learning Technology Innovation & Platform Operations
Technical execution, optimization, and scalability of NIQ’s learning ecosystem.
Support design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Design and optimize digital learning experiences through effective content structure and organization.
Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement integrations, platform enhancements, and escalate technical troubleshooting.
Partner with NIQ AI teams to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline content strategy & creation, governance processes, content personalization, and maintenance workflows
Contribute to ongoing platform administration, including content governance, setup, publishing, QA tasks in the LXP and related systems to ensure quality and consistency.
Contribute to support issue resolution, by troubleshooting SCORM/xAPI, learner access, and tracking issues to maintain a reliable learning experience.
Maintain process documentation and use learner insights and performance data to continuously optimize learning platforms and global learning delivery.
