Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Satna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing and expanding the customer base, and achieving assigned revenue and growth targets in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring a sales team, setting and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers, channel partners, and intermediaries, conducting regular market visits, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives, analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide feedback to enhance products, services, and customer experience.

Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors, preferably in general insurance or retail sales.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional insurance certification is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Satna, with willingness for local travel as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is beneficial.
